I didn't study leadership transitions. I survived them. Bankruptcy. Business closures. Industry collapse. Career reinvention-- more than once. Each time, I rebuilt from the nervous system up. Not from a textbook. From the floor.

That lived mythology now sits inside a clinical framework (M.A. Clinical Psychology), an active doctoral program in Organizational Leadership, and 20+ years of managing high volume, high-stakes operations. I don't coach from the sidelines. I diagnose from inside the operation.

Do you offer packages or ongoing support?

Yes. While single sessions are available, meaningful change is rarely linear or immediate. Sustainable transformation tends to occur through structured continuity, reflection, and integration over time.

For that reason, multi-session engagements are offered for individuals seeking deeper, longitudinal work. These arrangements support collaboratively based on need, timing, focus.

Question Is this Therapy?

No. While I hold a M.A. in Clinical Psychology, this is coaching--not therapy. I do not diagnose, treat, label, or "sign -off " on any paperwork required for a mental illness and/or diagnoses. Mermaid MILF STUDIOS is a public- facing brand name used as creative and consulting services.

Mermaid MILF Studios, LLC is the legal business entity registered for administrative, contractual, and billing purposes.

Lori Bramonte is the legal name of the business owner and operator.

Morgan Ray is a professional and public-facing name used for branding, creative work, and client-facing content.

Both names refer to the same individual.

Are in-person office visits available?

IN-PERSON OFFICE VISITS MAY BE AVAILABLE, after an established working relationship is in place.

When offered, meetings occur in a private outdoor waterfront workspace, incorporating open air and natural surroundings. Availability is limited and scheduled by appointment only.

What if the payment option on this website does not work for me?

I offer additional booking and payment options through my HIPAA- compliant platform, Doxy.me. Once payment is processed, I will send you a secure link for our session. If you experience any issues with the site, reach out directly and I will provide alternative payment instructions.

Rather than fragmenting services into rigid price tiers that require constant revision, all sessions are supported through a single research-based contribution model. This allows clients to engage in the work seamlessly---across session length, focus area and depth- without administrative disruption.

The "Support the Research" option functions as a unified access point for all services. It reflects the reality that transformation is not transactional, linear, or identical across individuals. Contribution amounts are aligned collaboratively based on the agreed session structure, duration, and continuity of engagement.

This model preserves integrity, flexibility, and continuity-allowing the work to remain responsive, ethical, and grounded-while eliminating the need for constant price adjustments or artificial service segmentation.
